We perform a full quality check – ensure the latest stable BIOS firmware and drivers are installed, burn-in stress testing for temperature, benchmark testing to ensure it is functioning to standard, keyboard and touchpad test, check of ports for functionality, display check for abnormalities, and a physical inspection of the chassis.

Pros: This is my 3rd, and my last Msi laptop ever. It worked well for about 3 weeks, but I noticed that it runs HOT (don’t put it on your lap) and the fans will start screaming so loud I can hear them through my headphones when I am playing. I think it is a hard drive issue but with the high temperatures and other things this laptop is doing it is hard to tell. I may RMA this one and then I am done with Msi. Lousy hardware and a joke of an OS with the “New” Windows 11 spyware and the machine is ruined.
Cons: Better quality more reliable hardware for the high prices for these laptops and a return policy that does not soak the consumer would be a good start. Then a good coordinate service staff at Msi.
Overall Review: No way. Msi was good years ago, but judging by the last 3 laptops – each which lasted only around a year and a half!! – They are no longer worthy of being trusted especially with the return/repair policy of charging the customer for shipping even when their hardware is the issue!!?
