Pros: These are great quality extensions that can make it easier to cable manage behind the motherboard and look great in front of the motherboard.
I bought these because they have the dual 8 pin CPU cables that my motherboard requires and the triple PCIe cables that my new, if I ever get it, video card will require.
Right now I am just using two on my 3070 and they look great.
Cons: Not really a con but I am not crazy about the look of these particular cable combs and I really wish they would start including 16 slot cable combs for video cards that only require 2 sets of plugs. It would just look a lot cleaner than 2-8 slot combs.
Overall Review: I really like these. They are high quality, great to look at and make managing cables behind the motherboard easier.
I bought black at first to match my dark theme but decided to go white instead and didn’t even think about buying a different brand.
Pros: -beautiful cables
-plenty of combs
-inexpensive
-quality materials
Cons: -as others have stated the cables could maybe be a bit more stiff to promote better training with the cables
Overall Review: Yeah you cant customize each cable individually but its also not gonna cost you next months paycheck
Pros: Decently built set of cables with enough of the right kinds of cables for most of today’s motherboards and video cards.
Cons: Cable fits my Asus z690 E motherboard 24 pin input on one side but not the Rog Strix 850W power supply which has a 28 pin output on the other.
Cable is the standard 24pin on both sides. Asus did it differently on the power supply.
Overall Review: Good quality cable set that looks nice too.
Overall Review: Very nice good looking cables, good quality as I thought. The 24 pin cable died after 2 weeks of use which I think is pretty bad quality control, Other than that good cables I guess
Pros: -These come with a semi transparent smoke grey comb set and a solid black comb set.
-Quality is solid and very clean.
-Some comments mentioned stuff cables but mine werent so stiff and worked really nice when adjusting angles with the combs.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Overall, this is an excellent cable extender kit for either cleaning up cable appearance from power supplies with ugly and or extra 6+2 pin connections on one cable to needing to extend any cable in your case (Excluding SATA/Molex obviously).
I would buy from them again.
Thanks
Pros: They really do look 100% better than any PSU cables- and the combs really keep it looking sinister like youre pumping electricity into your build.
An overlooked feature that I used a few times is how these provide a nice disconnect point when cable managing in the back etc- I wanted to reorganize a few things to get the back panel to close a little easier and I could actually disconnect my 24pin without having to fish it out and back in, bending my board etc – 100% worth the $30 on that alone.
Cons: Im not too sure why they included the clear combs, just give us a ton of the color that matches the cords we got.
Overall Review: If youre really at the point where you want your build to look great- this is a must have.
Make sure youve got extra space for all the extra PSU cables that you have to stuff somewhere.
Pros: This is a great product and makes every thing look nice.
Cons: No cons
Overall Review: Yes, I’d highly recommend this if you’re trying to make a snow build.
Pros: Motherboard cable plus 2 8-pin CPU cables and 3 8-pin PCIE cables, just what I needed! The length is good for me too, not too long or short.
Cons: I wish there were more organizing clips for the 8-pin PCIE cables since they have more exposed/visible length going out to plug into the GPU.
Overall Review: Sure they’re great, if you need them buy these.
