Pros: Small form factor and good build quality.
The CPU is fast enough for software defined storage but only 2 memory banks limits RAM expandability.
2 PCIe slots, one x4 and one x8 but both are half height aka low profile
Cons: Sadly HP showed again inconsistencies with a new model.
Remote management iLO or IPMI gone.
No easy way to install an internal SSD unless you splice in power, at least one SATA port is available to connect a SSD.
BIOS updates are only available with a support contract
