Pros: It comes with the silly rubber side rails IBM uses.
Mine came in an IBM box.
It’s 7mm tall, newer Thinkpads require this. Identical to the one my T430 came with.
Cons: Thinkpads are not “Ultrabooks”, no need to save 5mm space. Why did IBM do that?
It’s only 7mm tall, so it means only one platter.
